When do you ship?

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. If your order is shipping via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Most order are shipped via USPS  within 3 business days of your order.  Please allow 3-10 business days there are a few products wich can take up to 30 days for delivery. (please check discription for details)
We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot
guarantee delivery time.

What about holidays?

To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan
accordingly. 

During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely
delivery.  
Required Signature
Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery.  After three attempt to deliver, the package will be returned to Project Saving US

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds are being issued in the following cases:
1. The incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
2. The item is used, defective or in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).
3. The estimated delivery time of the order has expired.
4. The shipment went missing.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
